Unable to open ACT as an admin
Within the last 2 weeks or so i've been unable to open ACT, i tried to reinstall everything checking my firewall and running under 32 bit mode. Double clicking on ACT opens it but doesn't parse, and when i tried to open it as an admin it doesn't open at all. Is there anything else anybody can suggest?
