Mini parse issues
So i recently reinstalled ACT and before that it worked perfectly. However now the mini parser wont register and data, but if I create a new mini parser it will begin working as long as I do not close the program. Is there a permanent fix to this issue?

My only suggestion is to make sure that the FFXIV Plugin is loaded before OverlayPlugin... so that the overlays are always created after the parsing plugin has initialized.
Assuming that you're even using those plugins... the term mini parse could refer to the mini window in ACT and have nothing to do with FFXIV or OverlayPlugin?
