ACT has no idea what spells are considered interrupts any more than stuns, dazes, roots, stifles, etc. Even if it did, not all mobs can be interrupted because they have special immunity which ACT also has no idea about.
Players when interrupted give off a special log line to that effect, but the log doesn't mention what caused the interrupt nor is it easy to know what spell was interrupted.
