Can ACT get me banned in other games?

Hi, I'm using ACT for ff14, but I also play other games. Namely Valorant, CoD and WoW. Now, I am afraid that any of those mark ACT as suspicious third party tool, even if only installed, and get ban me. Is that a possibility? Or is it safe to use?

    Most EULAs say they can ban you for any reason or no reason at all at their discretion.  I have no other comment.
    Do you get banned for using Notepad?  The above EULA reason states that they can do it if they want and be justified.
