i downloaded the above and still im crashing please help = (

This is a completely separate problem.  The plugin at fault is Hojoring in this case.  Pre-EndWalker Hojoring is compatible with the pre-EW FFXIV Pasring Plugin; post-EW is compatible with post-EW.  Any mismatch will cause the above error.

You must update Hojoring to the current version.  Since Hojoring is crashing ACT, you need to do it outside of ACT by using the update *.ps1 file that it comes with.  You cannot extract the new version on top of the old one because the update deletes some files and extracting an archive cannot delete anything.
