Does XIV Alexander conflict with ACT ?

I started using Alexander today and my ACT doesn't detect that I'm in combat

    People have mentioned that it bugs the game out so it doesn't close completely.  So you might end up with multiple copies of the game and the FFXIV Plugin doesn't know which one to pick.  It will be random when given a choice.  You will need to kill the old game processes, reboot, or select the correct game process PID in the FFXIV Plugin options.
