Dark mode? Any way to change the background color on the main?

Big monitor, lots of data on a blindingly white background.  Is there any way to change it?  If not, how about a "dark mode" to switch that background to something that doesn't blind me?  Thanks!

    That said...  WinForms, the technology ACT uses, is very bad at skinning.  There are some colors you simply cannot change unless you change the OS theme for all applications as a whole.
