Red Custom Triggers

I've got some custom triggers that were imported from guild mates. Some of them show with red highlighting. What does that mean?

    Red backgrounds mean that they are not currently enabled for some reason.  (checkbox or zone filtering)
    Green backgrounds mean that they are currently enabled.
    Blue text means that they will be enabled/disabled depending on what zone you are in.  (the zone must match the Category)
