Can't install ACT Plugins - Error retrieving plugin list / SSL/TLS issue

Hey everyone, I hope someone can help me out. I got a new rig today and wanted to install ACT, but I get this error message over and over again. Could someone help me resolve this issue?

    It really depends on the error message itself.  ACT depends on Windows ability to secure the connection and most likely update checks will also not work.
