FFXIV not graphing data

I just installed the latest ACT version and FFXIV plugin, but it is not graphing any encounters.  It appears to be properly creating the log, and it looks like there should be no firewall problem.  I see no obvious errors.

  • I'm having the same issue. It's connected to the network, being run in admin, etc. Everything looks fine, yet no numbers no matter what I do.
  • Because of game changes, you must start ACT before you fully enter the game.  (character select or before)
  • I  ran ACT before starting the game, and it appears to be running in the background without displaying its UI.  I started FFXIV, and the UI still does not appear.

  • Three copies of ACT is not something that it does itself and it will actually complain using a tray window if you ever run more than one.  I would restart your computer to remove all running instances.

Yep, I did that.  Started ACT in the character selection screen, only one copy shows as running, still no UI.
  • i'm having the same issue. Did everything recommended in the faq and nothing atm. Glad its not just me.
  • Hi, I'm having the same issue. But I also got the error message. Not sure if it's the same with you?
