[EQ2] Find My EQ2 Log
This run-once plugin has the ability to download the Microsoft utility Handle,
scan for open eq2log file handles and have ACT open the log file. EQ2
should be running beforehand and ACT will be required to be running as
admin for Handle to work. A non-plugin version is also available.
