My ACT dps meter wont work

so basically i downloaded the latest version and done everything correctly .. it worked for 1 day and then just isnt working ,,, using exit lag vpn ..
it worked for 1 time only

    Due to SquareEnix changes you must start ACT before selecting your character.  But gaming VPNs will always complicate network capture.

    If you want to avoid the plugin being responsible for network capture directly, use the injection mode in the plugin settings page. Don't use it if you run BitDefender... you'll be in for a bad time.
