So, you are missing a system file.
ACT normally loads it from:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.Net\assembly\GAC_64\System.Data\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\
If it is missing from there, look for a copy at the following locations:
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_64\System.Data\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\
C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_system.data_b77a5c561934e089_4.0.15912.166_none_e794d2a20c776100\
If you can find a local copy... make sure it is available in those three places.

What file is missing? System.data.dll?
I checked the System.data is not in the GAC_64 folder

I know. That's why ACT is crashing. Find another copy and put it in the folder that is missing it. I gave you all the possible locations you can find it locally. If it exists nowhere, you must restore it some other way.

Thank you. I copied the file to the folder and I can open ACT now.
