Kagerou and FF14 fullscreen mode

I was trying to get this to work with FF14 but it seems that I cannot use the DPS tracker to work unless I'm playing in windowed mode. In fullscreen mode, how do I get Kagerou to show up?

    OverlayPlugin overlays are just transparent windows rendered by the CEF browser.  You can't have an application window over a fullscreen game.  You can only use borderless windowed with overlay windows.
