FFXIV ACT Issue: Only Location and Time Logging, No Additional Data Recorded

I've hit a roadblock with the Advanced Combat Tracker (ACT) for FFXIV and need help. I've tried:

1. Reinstalling the game.
2. Reinstalling ACT, its overlay, and the FFXIV ACT Plugin.
3. Starting ACT before the game.
4. Using Deucalion for network data.

None of these steps have worked. The ACT shows my location and log time when selecting my character, and the TTS callouts work for the test dummy only. No other data is being recorded.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Every game patch requires a plugin update.
