CACTBOT not showing

Hi guys, sorry if this is not the place.

As of couple months ago, I stopped getting prompted by Cactbot for some reason.

I uninstalled and installed again, checked the firewall thingy but everything seems to be in perfect order.
I tried searching online for the answer, but yeah nothing..

Please help a brother out o/

    If you have a Cactbot overlay in OverlayPlugin, try removing it and re-adding a flavor that you want.  If you only have a Cactbot config entry, then there shouldn't be anything showing and there's your problem.  Add an actual overlay that sounds like what you want.  (I don't play FFXIV, so I don't use any of this... so exact names escape me)

    Hey, thanks for the reply. I've tried deleting and installing again, keep getting a bunch of errors now. ITS GETTING WORSE  :D

    run it in administrator if tried yet.
