Hi,
at first, sorry for my english XD

I have a Question about the Settings. Some Bosses have an Addphase and then they disappear.
For example, the monastery of Orbone. 
In my ACT, the boss is then listed 3 times with about 1 - 2 minutes, rather than completely about 6 minutes.

How can i change that?

There's a setting that changes how long ACT will wait before ending an encounter.  You can find it here:

After the encounter is over, you can also merge together the smaller encounters into one full encounter:
