Unable to update plugin
ACT is working , I have two problems only.
1-ACT does not show overlay during the full screen .
2- when start ACT it says what it is in the picture , even though it is working fine.

The update check and these forums are on the same server, so obviously you can reach the server fine.
That suggests that you have some sort of software firewall blocking the plugin's version checking. (ACT itself)
And what I said in the other post is important to understand. Any overlay that is not DirectX based cannot work in fullscreen games. If you had it working before, it was not actually exclusive fullscreen mode.
