ACT Overlay Stuck on Init Phase 1: Config

I had this issue so i reinstalled, worked for a few days and it came back up again:

    A computer crash, BSOD, power loss, etc corrupted your OverlayPlugin config.  You'll have to delete the config files and start again.

    %APPDATA%\Advanced Combat Tracker\Config\RainbowMage.OverlayPlugin.config.json
    %APPDATA%\Advanced Combat Tracker\Config\RainbowMage.OverlayPlugin.config.json.backup
