ACT is just stuck on "Loading"

I've seen a few others with this issue, has anyone figured out a way to resolve this? I'm not using a VPN or anything of the sort, followed Desperius's video where he walks you through making sure the firewall isn't blocking anything so it's seeming like an issue on the programs end as my internet connection is fine

    Long story short from resolving it on Discord...   remove the overlay in the OverlayPlugin.dll tab and re-add it.

    The real problem was that the URL in the overlay was set to something wrong, and re-adding the overlay fixed the URL.
