Which triggers are being used?

I have a rather large set of triggers and sometimes I get a really odd set of circumstances where ACT will repeat over and over "Cool tax death touch curse" yet when I look through all my triggers and timers there's nothing that I can find that would have that TTS output.

Is there any way to look at an encounter and know which triggers it matched so I can put this issue to bed?

There's not really something simple.  You could add a trigger tab to all triggers, but that sounds like a pain and you'd end up with an unmanageable number of tabs.  You could use Visual Sound Engine to display exactly what TTS is being said, but it doesn't tell you what caused it.
